Refiloe Mnisi is a versatile artist from Johannesburg, South Africa, now based in Israel. In May 2023, Refiloe presented a solo exhibition titled "Pula" at the Kakdelart hub in Tel Aviv. "Pula," meaning "rain" in Sotho, symbolized renewal, fertility, and blessings, emphasizing the cultural and spiritual significance of rain in African traditions.
