We are currently in the process of producing the first shipment of Street lamps for our Kickstarter backers who helped in bringin this project to life.

Once the first batch of manufacturing is complete and Kickstarter Backers orders have been dispatched we will start sending out store orders. This should be during April unless we have unforseen delays.

Free Standard shipping is already included in the listed price.

To be considered eligible for a return, a return claim must be submitted within 14 days from the date you received your order. Streetc Collector will accept returns in good and unused condition. The cost of the return shipping will be at your own expense

Our 1-year warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects in the lamp body or components.
Issues with the light source or dimmer functionality.
Faults in the artwork mounting mechanism.

If any of these issues arise within the first year of your purchase, we’ll repair or replace your lamp at no cost to you.

What’s Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper installation.
Modifications or repairs done by unauthorized third parties.

Can I mount the lamp on a wall?

The Street Lamp is designed to adapt to your space and preferences with ease. Here’s how:

Magnetic Landscape Mounting: Built-in magnets on one side of the lamp’s cover allow you to effortlessly hang it in a horizontal, landscape orientation. Perfect for showcasing wide-format artwork with simplicity and style.
Portrait Wall Mount Accessory: For a vertical display, the optional Wall Mount Accessory securely screws into the lamp’s frame, enabling a portrait orientation that’s just as stunning. This gives you complete flexibility to display your art the way it was meant to be seen.

How long does it take to fully charge the lamp?

It typically takes around 3-4 hours to fully charge the lamp’s 2500mAh internal battery using the Type-C port or the included magnetic charging cable.

Can I leave the lamp charging?

Yes, the lamp is designed with built-in overcharge protection, so it is safe to leave it plugged in while charging. However, for optimal battery health, we recommend unplugging the lamp once it’s fully charged.
