Troy Browne

Troy Browne is a British digital artist, animator, and motion graphics designer hailing from Nottingham, UK. Specializing in mixed media design, he is renowned for his bold, surreal collages that blend photography with exaggerated perspectives, creating dynamic and vibrant compositions. 

After studying Multimedia Design at Nottingham Trent University, Troy embarked on a career that led him to collaborate with prominent clients, including Sony Music, Universal Music, ITV, and the BBC. His distinctive style involves manipulating photographs by stretching, squeezing, and scrunching them to craft surrealist works that captivate viewers. 

Troy's artistic journey is marked by a commitment to experimentation and embracing imperfections. He believes that mistakes can lead to unexpected and exciting creative avenues, stating, "I don’t focus on perfection, in fact I’d say I’m actively trying to make mistakes as I work, as I’ve found mistakes can steer you into unexpected areas." 

In addition to his visual art, Troy is the founder of RAWR UK, where he continues to explore the depths of his African heritage, infusing his work with cultural resonance and personal significance.
